Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This website is an independent informational page about The Serra Residences. It is not operated by, or affiliated with, the developer Far East Organization. It is operated by a real estate salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), referred to here as “we” or “us”.

2. What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:
- your name, Singapore mobile number and email address;
- the bedroom types you’re interested in and what you asked for (e-brochure, price list and floor plans, or a showflat appointment);
- your consent to be contacted, and the date and time of your enquiry.
We do not ask for your NRIC number, income or financial details on this website.
3. How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry about The Serra Residences. That may include calling you, sending SMS or WhatsApp messages, or emailing you with project information, the price list, floor plans and showflat arrangements. We will not sell your personal data.
4. Consent
By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree to be contacted about your enquiry at the number and email you gave, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the address in section 1. After that we will stop contacting you, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Who we share it with
We may share your details with our agency, for record-keeping and compliance, and with service providers that help us receive and manage enquiries, under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not pass your details to the developer unless you ask us to, for example to register for a showflat visit.
6. Google Maps
The Location section of the main page includes an embedded Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and may set cookies, under Google’s own privacy policy. We don’t control this data.
7. Cookies and analytics
This page currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies of its own. If analytics or advertising measurement (for example a Meta Pixel) is added before the page goes live, this section will name the service and explain what it collects.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to you and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them. The specific retention period will be set out here by the live operator.
9. Protection
We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Access and correction
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the address in section 1. We may need to verify your identity first. For more information about your rights, you can refer to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
